End-Cuts Gone in Seconds, Blade Show ATL Insider-Details! TFN

Our work-week kicked off with a BIG batch of Damascus, Coppermascus, and Stainless end-cut boxes being added to BakerForge.com. Jay offered the marketing team dibs on when/where to announce the release before accidentally making them available and prompting an automatic push notification to app-users. Although robbing us of the chance to let people know of the drop on socials, the situation did encourage us to remind customers– download the Baker app and accept push notifications. You’ll NEVER miss another drop and you’ll always know when things like end-cut boxes and stick bundles hit the site/app. With more than 22 boxes shipped out from this batch, we’re excited for more unique trinkets and artistic creations. These previously discarded byproducts were once overlooked, now Maker’s craft some of the more creative pieces using these bits & leftovers. In what is quickly becoming a weekly tradition I asked Jay for newsletter details from

production this week and again all he could muster in reply was: “Our crew is hustling at 100% to TRY and keep up with the Core Line demand. Certainly a good problem to have, Maker’s don’t seem to be slowing down ordering from our new economical Core Line” offering some of the Baker classic layouts at extremely reduced prices. Perhaps the influx in outgoing billet orders from this new collection will prompt more pieces in our materials available at Blade Show Texas & ATL this spring/summer!

As we get closer and closer to Blade Show Texas, our teams focus on Atlanta builds. Our only exhibitor show of the year, we always work to bring the energy to the World’s Largest Knife Show each June. Now with twice the booth space everyone at Baker is working to fulfill expectations for the show in their own right. From new product releases to epic giveaways and promotions, we can’t hold back! Without revealing much, I am HAPPY to report that etch demos are back again in 2026! Join etch-spect and Gator Piss Co-Creator Greyson Weltyk from the big-room floor as he provides etch demonstrations, tips, and takes questions right from our booth throughout the weekend!

Inside the Media

After what felt like a month of detailed video editing we are finally releasing our latest YouTube long-form video TODAY! Inviting you to take in all of the little details around our 10,000 square foot facility, Coy and Waylon walk viewers through the production lines, work stations, and shipping processes. Giving Maker’s a real behind-the-scenes perspective on our business. It’s been several years since we’ve put out a real virtual shop tour, so if you’ve ever wondered what our business looks like on the inside, this almost hour-long video breaks it ALL down. Despite crushing both the final edits on our shop tour video AND the week’s content, media head Waylon has been battling a severe cold this week. Each morning call sounded like agony for the hardworking young man. Thankfully upon wrapping the week’s media priorities on Wednesday, Coy let him off for some rest and recuperation. Wishing Waylon a restful weekend!
