Another New Product & Something BIG is Brewing! TFN

We’ve been tearing it up at Baker HQ for this Fire & Ice themed drop-week! The combo double-drop lit a fire under the team, pushing retail production into overdrive and setting us up for a killer week.

Boss-Man and resident machine-tuner, Coy, kicked off his week programming the Franklin press. What seemed like a straightforward task turned into a multi-day headache. But, as these things go, no one knows the inner workings of this new-to-us machine better than our CEO now—and we like it that way. Stay tuned as the big man puts the final touches on tuning to get this press humming in our stainless production line.

In other news, electricians were back at Baker HQ starting Wednesday, and they’ll be here for a few days to wrap up the final wiring and setup for the new line. It’ll be a huge relief to get this step done, and despite some roadblocks and unexpected costs, we’re still betting this stainless line will be an absolute GAME CHANGER for our little American company.

With all the new machines powered up and tuned, our shop crew shifted gears to a massive HQ clean-up. They tackled a full reorganization of our pallet shelves, burning a ton of old pallets, and cleared space for new setups. We also installed new ceilings in the forge bay, ran fresh air lines for compressed air at several new machines, and trimmed back overgrown trees and shrubs around the entrance ahead of fall. Staring down a wild Labor Day and the not-so-distant Black Friday/Cyber Monday holiday rush, this was the perfect time to get our workspace clean and organized before the chaos hits.

With the HIGHLY anticipated release of Baker Forge Stainless Damascus just around the corner, our team’s been going all out. We’ve been making steady progress on SEVERAL upcoming releases you’ll see in the coming weeks. First up, a new product from the brilliant minds behind Gator Piss etchants and Gator Skin Nano-Ceramic Coating. I can’t spill the beans yet, but Greyson and the crew have another innovative banger in the works, and we’re betting it’ll shake up the knifemaking world. Inside the Media

On top of our usual social media content, Waylon and I had our hands full this week. Waylon dove into video content for a new Gator Skin ad we’re cooking up, while I dug into the website backend to prep for next week’s (surprise) announcement. After nearly wrapping the ad, Waylon shifted to promotional content for the latest product in the Gator Piss family. It’s another absolute banger in our lineup of problem-solving breakthroughs. Working on these exciting new products has become one of our favorite parts of life at Baker Forge.
