F*ck yeah, Friday!
Energy is at an all-time high around Baker HQ as we wind down the work week and it AIN’T just last week’s restock of Monster Energy. After months of preparation for next weekend's show we’re finally cooling down knowing that we have more than enough exciting layouts and new products to debut for our devoted customers & friends. I know we mentioned it last week but shop lead Jay Baker has been on a tear the last few months, leading our manufacturing team to one of the most efficient and impressive runs of production in the company's history. In addition Coy and the rest of the staff have made a significant push to bring not only our two brand new etchant formulas Gator Piss Heavy & Max, but also our newest product: Gator Skin to the show! With a year under our belt exhibiting in Atlanta, we’re ready to pull up and show our long-time supporters some love with a TON of special layouts, patterns and sizes as well as all our hit products, swag and MORE!

While so much focus has been geared toward Blade Show these last few weeks, the broader business remains bustling. Custom orders rolled out this week in a variety of different directions, and our new machines from Yoder were scheduled to arrive this coming Wednesday. Knowing the team was planning to head south early Thursday morning we made the decision to delay delivery for the week following. This gave us the time to make the proper adjustments to the shop floor to fully accommodate the new additions. Look forward to lots of fun “move-in” footage as well as videos showing off these awesome pieces. As we finished our product-development with Gator Skin we wondered if there was even a shot we might be able to debut the exciting new nano-ceramic coating to the world at one of the biggest events of the year. In classic small-business fashion it’s coming right down to the line. Although we’re committed to bringing/offering Gator Skin at the show, the absolute cherry-on-the-top of finishing

touches has yet to arrive. A cutting-edge, high-end product like this called for only the most premium packaging. Due to arrive Wednesday of next week we’re cutting it close on getting the boxes and accessories ready to offer at the show. Stay tuned to see if we’re stuffing boxes in our hotel room at the Cobb Thursday night!
As one final reminder, Gator Piss experts and renown knife makers Greyson Weltyk and Jordon Berthelot will be hosting a LIVE Etch Class at Blade Show on Friday at 1:30pm. You’ll need to sign up at ticket check-out for the show in order to join. In the class you’ll learn the exact techniques to achieve consistent results with all our Gator Piss etchants as well as a detailed “first look” at our new product Gator Skin! Don’t miss out on this rare opportunity to get all the tips and tricks from two of the best in the business, ask questions live, and see our newest innovations in the space. See you there!

Inside the Media
In case you missed it, Baker-Boss, Coy teased all of the exciting layouts we’ll be bringing to the show, as well as several never-before-offered selections that you won’t want to miss. Be sure to check out the reel, posted on Wednesday to take the place of our usual drop announcement for all the nitty-gritty!

As the resident remote-employee of Baker Forge, I (Johnny) flew into town yesterday to lend a hand and join the gents at Blade Show. With our media team together in-person for the first time in some time we are stretching our creative bones and looking forward to attacking the time surrounding the show as well as the show itself with exciting media in mind. Expect plenty of at-the-show content over the weekend, insider looks at all the coolest blades and creations, and all the behind-the-scenes fun from our team & booth!
