Teasing Our First Drop of 2026, Chambersburg Down, Stainless Damascus RINGS? TFN

It was a short week around Baker HQ as the staff prepared to take time off for the holidays. Jay and the production staff caught up on next week’s first drop of 2026, where Coy and the guys will be debuting a BRAND NEW layout to kick off the new year. On Tuesday morning I caught word that an air line on the Chambersburg blew out, an unfortunate and untimely maintenance issue that wound up a quick-fix. Although we’re giving her a break till the new year regardless, Cole found exactly the replacement pipe we needed laying around and took the opportunity to fix the line. BLAST. With both the staff, their families and a few local knifemakers ALL gathering to eat, drink and celebrate another amazing year together. Hosted deep in the Appalachian Mountains of Tennessee and on a snow day no less, it was a great chance to spend some time in fellowship before our holiday break. Each year when we get everyone in the same room, we’re reminded of how blessed we are to have this staff. Behind our forge are hardworking, driven folks with supportive families and we won’t take for granted this amazing team! With the shop guys wrapping things up

Tuesday afternoon, head of production, Jay made a last minute request from our media team. Bringing two GORGEOUS stainless damascus rings into the Studio for some photos. Made using our Baker stainless, Jay crafted these matching rings for his wife this Christmas and we just couldn’t wait to show them off here. Hope Mrs. Baker doesn't read the newsletter and ruin the surprise… As a reminder; during our time off from this past Wednesday, Dec. 24 through till Sunday, Jan 4 we will accept orders but they will not be fulfilled. This means you’ll have the same access to all our products, drops, as well as the Gator Piss line, only with a little required patience. Rest assured– our team will be hitting the shipping room FIRST thing upon our return Monday, January 5 to ensure those orders are headed to you as quickly as possible. Inside the Media

Waylon and I are finally wrapping up two weeks of media prepared mostly ahead of time. The largest lead we’ve ever had in content creation, we are pleased with how things laid out. Next week prepare for the same engaging Monday question, hilarious staff interviews, and mind-melting weekend drop content. We may have filmed some of this ahead of time but, boy is it worth the wait!
